1. Der Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich, der Check-out erfolgt spätestens bis 10:00 Uhr. Ein früherer Check-in oder späterer Check-out ist je nach Verfügbarkeit und nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Gäste, die über die vereinbarte Check-out-Zeit hinaus in der Unterkunft bleiben oder unsere Reinigungsabläufe verzögern, haften für alle daraus entstehenden Kosten und Ausgaben. 2. Rauchen, Partys sowie übermäßige Lautstärke sind strengstens untersagt – dies gilt auch für die Terrasse sowie sämtliche Gemeinschaftsbereiche (z. B. Flure). Bei Verstoß gegen das Rauchverbot wird eine Gebühr von 250 € zzgl. eventuell anfallender Kosten für Sonderreinigung oder Schadensbeseitigung berechnet. 3. Gewerbliche Foto-, Video- oder Filmaufnahmen ohne vorherige schriftliche Genehmigung sowie jegliche illegale Aktivitäten sind strengstens untersagt. 4. Es dürfen sich ausschließlich die in der Reservierung angegebenen Gäste in der Unterkunft aufhalten. Für nicht angemeldete Gäste berechnen wir 50 € pro Person und Nacht der Reservierung. 5. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Verstöße gegen unsere Tier-Richtlinien können zusätzliche Reinigungs- oder Schadenskosten nach sich ziehen (250 Euro Sonderreinigung) 6. Gäste sind für verlorene Schlüssel, Zugangsmittel oder Fernbedienungen sowie die daraus entstehenden Ersatzkosten verantwortlich. 7. Zur Überwachung übermäßiger Lautstärke können Systeme zur Lärmmessung in der Unterkunft installiert sein. In öffentlichen oder gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereichen kann zudem eine Videoüberwachung vorhanden sein. 8. Gäste haften vollständig für sämtliche Schäden oder Verluste an der Unterkunft, dem Inventar oder den Einrichtungen, die während ihres Aufenthalts entstehen. Etwaige Schäden müssen uns umgehend gemeldet werden. 9. Mit der Buchungsbestätigung erklären sich Gäste automatisch mit der Einhaltung aller Hausregeln einverstanden. Bei Nichteinhaltung der Hausregeln behalten wir uns das Recht vor, zusätzliche Gebühren zu berechnen, die Reservierung ohne Rückerstattung zu stornieren und Gäste gegebenenfalls umgehend der Unterkunft zu verweisen.
