1. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible depending on availability and prior arrangement. Guests who remain in the accommodation beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning schedule are liable for any resulting costs and expenses. . 2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited — including on the terrace and in all common areas (e.g. hallways). Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fee of €250 plus any additional costs for special cleaning or damage repair. . 3. Commercial photography, videography, or filming without prior written permission, as well as any illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. . 4. Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the accommodation. Unauthorized guests will be charged €50 per person and per night of the reservation. . 5. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in additional cleaning or damage charges (€250 special cleaning fee). . 6. Guests are responsible for lost keys, access devices, or remote controls, including any associated replacement costs. . 7. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the accommodation to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may also be present in public or shared areas. . 8. Guests are fully liable for any damages or losses to the accommodation, furniture, or facilities occurring during their stay. Any damages must be reported to us immediately. . 9. By confirming a reservation, guests automatically agree to comply with all house rules. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and immediate removal from the accommodation if necessary.
