The apartment is located in a multi-family building, so we kindly ask you to be considerate of the neighbors, especially during quiet hours. Please note that the property is situated on a main road. However, with the windows closed, the apartment remains quiet. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of €250 will be charged. Parties and events are not allowed. A projector replaces a traditional TV—instructions for use are provided in the apartment. For the safety and comfort of all guests and neighbors, a noise monitoring device is installed in the apartment. It does not record conversations or collect any personal data.

1. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible depending on availability and prior arrangement. Guests who remain in the accommodation beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning schedule are liable for any resulting costs and expenses. . 2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited — including on the terrace and in all common areas (e.g. hallways). Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fee of €250 plus any additional costs for special cleaning or damage repair. . 3. Commercial photography, videography, or filming without prior written permission, as well as any illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. . 4. Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the accommodation. Unauthorized guests will be charged €50 per person and per night of the reservation. . 5. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in additional cleaning or damage charges (€250 special cleaning fee). . 6. Guests are responsible for lost keys, access devices, or remote controls, including any associated replacement costs. . 7. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the accommodation to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may also be present in public or shared areas. . 8. Guests are fully liable for any damages or losses to the accommodation, furniture, or facilities occurring during their stay. Any damages must be reported to us immediately. . 9. By confirming a reservation, guests automatically agree to comply with all house rules. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and immediate removal from the accommodation if necessary.

Due to its position along a main road, the location has a short travel times to both Neu-Ulm and Ulm city centers. Another great attraction is the Ecodrom Kartbahn Neu-Ulm, located just 10 minutes on foot – perfect for a fun and active experience. Right in front of the building, a new barrier-free bus stop is currently being constructed, providing excellent connections in both directions. Despite the central location, the apartment itself is quietly situated, allowing you to enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Shopping facilities such as the Glacis Galerie are only 3 minutes by car or about 15 minutes on foot. Restaurants and all daily necessities are also within close reach. The entire apartment is exclusively available for your use during your stay. Access is convenient and contactless via a key box, which is located outside the building on the wall by the parking area next to the downpipe. You will receive the access code in good time before your arrival. A special highlight: the elevator takes you directly into the apartment. Access is only possible with a key, ensuring additional privacy. Alternatively, the apartment can also be reached via the stairwell. One parking space is available free of charge. A second parking space can be booked optionally for an additional fee—please inform us in advance if needed.
